I receive the OA after submitting the application from the campus career fair. And you will have one week to finish the OA. The OA is quite hard. I heard from the HR that if you pass the OA you will get phone call interview.
They do several phone screens, mainly probability questions and then some sort of final round where you go into the place.

They seem really good, the traders have been nice but serious, most of them have also looked at bulge bracket banks, etc.
