DTCC Principal application architect interview questions

Applied for the position in their careers section , about a month later received an invite to do a Hirevue video interview where they ask for 3 question to understand your candidature. Further month down the line received an invitation for panel interview. Post interview no feedback and no response from the recruiter. Finally the automated mail a month later. I understand that there are a lot of applicants in the market for jobs, but if you have had a face to face interview, an email or a phone call is the least that the candidate deserves and surely you do not need a month to make the determination.
