Incredibly easy interview and super relaxed. Came in and met with every manager for about 5-10 minutes each. Asked me typical interview questions and wanted to know about previous experience. More interested in my schedule and making sure I was flexible than with my actual skills. All the managers were very laid back and I had two friends who worked there as well so it was easy.

Tell me about a time you were faced with a problem while serving, how did you handle it?
Short and easy. Felt very welcoming. Asked just a brief summary of my experience. I have a fun fact on how many breadsticks we go through in a year, and it made him laugh because he didn’t even know that. I was hired on the spot.
The interview process was very professional, but also welcoming and laid back. The person who interviewed me was very welcoming, kind, personable, and straightforward. It was my first job interview in a restaurant like this, but they made the experience relaxing and easy.
