Applying online is extremely easy although they seem to ask a million questions about who you are as a person to see if you'd be a good match for the company. If you match up through that one of the managers will call and set up an interview. Easy going, and then I watched a series of the Darden company videos talking about what they're all about. Got hired and put into the online system pretty quickly to see when I was working.

It was a smooth interview, they didn't give a lot of information about the job itself and what they do, but they did give a run down on what theyre looking for character wise.

What is one situation that you had to resolve within your workplace at your previous job?
It was simple There was an online questionnaire to complete before being offered an interview time via email. You could reply to the email and get an interview scheduled. The process was easy.
