Darden Server interview questions

They call you, ask a couple questions on the phone and set up an interview. You are then interviewed by multiple managers. First one of the managers, (most likely the server manager) will interview you, and then possibly the host manager, and possibly the kitchen manager, but ultimately the gm will interview you last and it will be their decision

3 interviews about 1 month total. No experience was required. about 3 weeks of training including tasting and pairing both food and wine choices. After the 3 weeks, there was a shadow period, then a 2 table section with another server supervising. The normal 3 table section is awarded after progress.
