Datadog Enablement Manager interview questions

Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. Easy questions and positive feedback from the first 3 interviews. Everything happened VERY fast. The 4th was a case study with a nebulous prompt. The panel didn’t appear interested in my proposal, even though what I presented to them was strong & a 100% data driven approach to enablement. Maybe try a more specific prompt next time, please? In hindsight, it felt like I was used to gain market insight from a FAANG company. I had less than 5 minutes of face time with the hiring manager and I never actually met the team’s VP. The case study/verdict felt very disingenuous. I wouldn’t interview with them again.
