Datadog Marketing interview questions

HR was 10mins late for a 30min screening call, and scheduled a 10pm Friday night interview for the next day. Following the hiring manager round, I didn’t hear back until well into the second week, after I followed up for updates. What I received was an automated rejection email from a noreply email, which said everything one needs to know.

There were 5 rounds of interview. Recruiter screening call > VP > Hiring Manager > Director > Assignment > Panel discussion. The interview process at Datadog was positive overall, but the 3-month timeline felt unnecessarily long. More streamlined scheduling or updates along the way would improve the candidate experience. Otherwise, I appreciated the experience
