Pretty standard interview process, albeit a bit on the longer side. I went through: recruiter interview, 2x coding interviews, then a half day at their office doing a culture fit interview, a technical presentation and a system design problem. I had to do a team-matching interview before I could receive the offer.
All throughout, the recruiters were very helpful and had calls with me explaining the next steps and giving me some tips about what areas to prepare.
The 2x technical interviews I went through are not pure leetcode problems (which I appreciated greatly). They are more akin to simplified real problems that a log and observability company may run into. I solved them naively first, but then had enough time to improve the implementation. We did talk about performance, potential bugs and Big-O notation. If you know your arrays and hashmaps and understand the tradeoffs etc. you should be golden. I did prepare for all possibilities though, as I've heard that other interviewers may hit you with harder problems.
