Very accessible and (as interviews go) enjoyable! The recruiters are very up front about the interviews, they prepare you for the content very well.
First up is a coding interview. They say to practice medium level leet code questions. I did it twice because they let me try it a second time after a health situation. They are 45/50 minutes on a problem, a leet code question but styled towards what datadog do, so there's a little more coding around the set up. First was string matching, second was sliding window.
Then you get through that to the final round of three interviews, one more coding, a system design and a behaviours and values. Coding is simialr to the last one (the advice is just practice leet code medium again), this one was more like a backtracking/dp problem with some interesting set-up. System design is standard, they zoom in on components and ask about tradeoffs. Behaviours and values centres around a project you have worked on and expalaining it really well, while demonstrating the values they are looking for (again recruiters prepare you really well for what will come up).
