The process was streamlined and professional. Each member of the team I spoke with was responsive and enthusiastic about the company and the position and eager to hear about my experience and interests.

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the company and there was an encouraging level of transparency from the interviewers/employees that I met with. Additionally the in-person interviews were casual and felt more like an opportunity for me to scope out the fit of the company and my future co-workers (and vice-versa), as opposed to a test or subjection to scrutiny. I was deeply impressed by the caliber of individuals I met with. The only frustrating downside was the length of time I sometimes went in between interviews without hearing from HR (who I will add was always friendly and encouraging during our communication), as well as some inefficiencies in being asked some of the same questions repeatedly from different people. Overall the process could be streamlined a bit but is generally open, transparent, fluid and informative.
