Was contacted about 2.5 weeks after applying for the position and asked to give my availability for a phone interview. The interview took 15 minutes during which I was asked questions about my previous experience, salary expectations, and also given a bit more information about the company and position.

I had a phone interview that took 20 minutes and the interviewer was nice. She asked me to tell her about myself and experience, asked me some job related questions and at the end she described what the role was about.

Interview
After submitting my application online, I was contacted to schedule a brief (15 minute) phone screen/interview. I was asked about myself and basic questions relating to my understanding of twitter and why I wanted to work for the company. Within a matter of days, I received an email inviting me to an online copyediting test. After taking the test, I was invited to an in-person interview here in Dublin with three different upper-level managers (two interviewers for 30 minutes and 1 interview for 30 minutes). I heard back two weeks later offering me a position.
