While the team and the company are working on interesting problems in AI, the overall process felt unnecessary for the role. The process is screen, technical interview, case study and then onsite (which is 4 interviews with different stakeholders). During the onsite, I felt that some of the interviewers were very ego-driven and on a power-trip the entire time which speaks a lot about their culture.
Intro screening process, then with hiring manager. Overall organized process. Did not proceed, looking for eager folks with driven attitude. Looking for the best alignment. Very friendly and seems like the overall process is quick.

What companies are best to prospect in this role and why?
Multi-step, multiple interviews. Some people were interested and engaged, some just seemed bored to be there. I feel like there were too many rounds and too many different teams pulled in to the process
