I was invited for an interview in one of the outlet in Singapore for a part-time position. Normally, the interview process is pretty standard in my country, especially for part-time roles. A short interview that will go through your resume, then ask for your availability, the end. However, with decathlon sg, I have to go through 3 interviews just to get a SGD $8 per hour position. Asking questions may or may not be relevant to the job at all!

How do you think decathlon can help you on your personal progression?
Standard interview questions. Would be great if candidates are passionate about sports. Questions on how you fit in with the company values. Follow up on external commitments, flexibility to working on both weekends etc

Easy and fast - depending on location.
Do not apply through website. Try to find someone who is working inside and ask them to contact the manager for vacancies. Two different interviews usually unless there is an urgency.
