Interview
Short brief with little knowledge about the role and tasks to come with the appointment. Again high emphasis was given to development and growth opportunities, nothing transpired. Project managers were quite in the entire process, even though the role demaned to work together. communication gap
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.

Easy, collective interview initially before proceeding to a one on one interview with the department manager. Different interview date with the store leader. Basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Perfect for first-time job seekers.
Vlot, niet te speciale vragenen zeer praktisch gerichte vragen. Ook hun waarden zeker kennen want dit zullen ze zeker in hun vragen meenemen. Indien de recruiter een trap lichtjes oploopt, zeker volgen en je sportiviteit zo tonen. ;)
