Interview
It was fun. I enjoyed the interview especially the collective one. It brings good energy. It takes all the nervousness away. You also got to explain yourself thoroughly and with your own preferred language.
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.

Easy, collective interview initially before proceeding to a one on one interview with the department manager. Different interview date with the store leader. Basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Perfect for first-time job seekers.
Vlot, niet te speciale vragenen zeer praktisch gerichte vragen. Ook hun waarden zeker kennen want dit zullen ze zeker in hun vragen meenemen. Indien de recruiter een trap lichtjes oploopt, zeker volgen en je sportiviteit zo tonen. ;)
