Lengthy and the most complex interviews process I had experience. Overall an okay experience and was about average difficulty, but could be simplified a lot.
Applied online, got a phone call from a recruiter to discuss the position a week later. Followed by a technical phone interview a few days later.
About 3 weeks later I got a request for a 3-hour "final" onsite interview with 6-7 different people, one at a time. The office in Salt Lake was unimpressive especially compared to other tech companies. Questions got a bit repetitive but at times. Was asked about my background, skills, customer service experience. Was also asked some technical questions about Windows, Linux, and networking. Everyone was pleasant to speak to.
A week later got a request for a "final final" video interview with the director for technical support. Questions were a bit more customer service based and were somewhat repetitive to the on-site interview.
Got an offer the next day, which was lower than expected. I was able to negotiate a more reasonable offer, but still on the lower end. Salaries don't seem to match what has been posted on Glassdoor at all. Benefits were excellent and the position a good fit for me. I would have accepted if I had not gotten an offer that blew me away. Nothing impressive throughout the process, but nothing negative either.
