Delinea Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Applied on line. Manager emailed me for an on-site interview. I was sent a test and customer scenario that I needed to send a reply for. Next I had three technical telephone interviews. The decision was made to bring me on-board and I had a verbal offer within a week of the first interview. HR did the background check quickly. The whole process from first interview to first day on the job was about 3 weeks. It was all very smooth and the staff was personable during the process.

The interview process was very transparent and positive from the beginning. I was not currently in the market for a new job when I was contacted by the talent scout and began the process. We went through several stages: phone interview with the talent scout, phone interview with the team leads, in person interview with the team leads, and an in person interview with the full support team.
