Deltek Software Developer interview questions

I have gone through three interview process, First two phone interview where they generally discussed what they are doing and what they want, and asked general expertise of me. Finally in the face to face interview there was an HR interview session where they asked different personality related question, then there was a technical challenge where they asked a data structure related problem and asked me to solve it on the white board. Finally there was some discussion about salary and benefit package. Everything went very well. But strangely got rejected in the next day by an email.

A Skype interview. No technical questions, only chat about my background. I was assured I am a really good candidate and that I should expect a call within a week.
