Initial HR screen, hiring manager, revenue operations leader, but there’s probably more rounds than this. I thought all 3 went well, including the last interview with the operations leader, although he was 30 minutes late and no one warned me that would be the case. The last interview was more conversational, I was asking more of the questions and he didn’t ask me really any questions about my background/experience. I thought despite this I was able to demonstrate my expertise, but it was a weird way to assess someone IMO. Anyway, I was completely ghosted after that and saw they reposted the position. To me, it feels like they don’t understand the position they’re hiring for at all, or how to assess someone’s qualifications or even ask basic questions.
