I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank in Jan 2011
Interview
db recruited me on campus to an asset management role. Interviewers asked primarily about my interests and courses, especially since I was an engineer (no finance classes). I had 2 interviews the first day, there was a cocktail reception, then I had one more interview the next day (with the manager who ultimately decided to hire me). Straightforward, simple interview process.
