      Interview Stages: First Round: Format: One-on-one interviews with two associates from the Sales and Trading team. Focus Areas: Market knowledge and understanding of current trends. Technical skills related to trading strategies and financial instruments. Behavioral questions assessing teamwork, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure. Second Round: Format: One-on-one interviews with two Managing Directors (MDs). Focus Areas: Strategic thinking and approach to trading in various market conditions. Deep dive into your past experiences and how they align with the firm's goals. Assessment of your long-term career aspirations and fit within the company's culture.

      What do you think is the most significant market trend currently? How do you stay updated on market news and trends? Can you explain the concept of liquidity and why it’s important in trading? How would you approach trading a stock that has just released disappointing earnings? What are the key differences between fundamental and technical analysis? Can you explain the Black-Scholes model? How is it used in options pricing? What is Value at Risk (VaR), and how is it calculated? How would you assess the credit risk of a counterparty? Situational and Behavioral Questions Describe a time when you had to make a quick decision in a high-pressure situation. What was the outcome? How do you handle conflicts with team members? What motivates you to work in a fast-paced trading environment? Can you give an example of how you worked as part of a team to achieve a goal?
