During the interview, a third person appears and asks how I would implement Dependency Injection in complile time. I say that I have no ideas and he flies away indignantly, showing that he is at an interview - for him, this is a waste of time. Then a fourth appears and says that he will now ask about Kotlin. And asked if I knew Ktor and after my answer that these are frameworks and not knowledge of Kotlin, he showed with his face that he was also disappointed and did not ask any more questions. Then there is a coffee break in a 60 by 150 cm kitchen with disgusting coffee. Lastly an hour of practical assignment. They asked me to do the task which was the homework they gave me. I say that I did it already. They didn't know and apologize for the mess. They say - well, then write us an in-memory cash. I started writing and after 50 seconds one of them said that it would take years and let's not do it. I say that it will take 5 minutes. He set 5min timer on his phone. I finish in 3 minutes and 2 minutes after that his timer rings. What?! Then the 4th (their boss) appears and I ask him some question about Spring Butt and he says in a passive aggressive manner that "thank God" they don't use it. In short, there were a lot of negative moments and red flags that I regret not leaving after half an hour, when it became clear that I would never agree to work with such guys.
