I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interviewed with a senior communications head for a senior-level position. I had, what I thought was a good interview. Sent a thank you note to which hiring manager replied and said they would be in touch with next steps.
I no longer heard from the company again. Months later. The person who I was dealing with in talent/HR was clearly let go or laid off, her email is no longer valid. I emailed others on the recruiting team, no response.
I understand today's market. All I would say is be kind, respect peoples time. A simple rejection letter would be appreciated.
