I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2019

-Onsite Interview Loop (Hiring Manager, VP, and a panel of Sr. Manager/Team Member)
The recruiter let me know that the hiring manager appreciates well thought out questions for her, and I took the time to really think about what I wanted to get out of the interviews and a method of asking the questions in a way that allowed me to stand out and get the information I needed.
Most of the interviews started off with my quick 10 minute elevator pitch as to why I am perfect for the role as described in the job description, followed by standard questions asking about specific situations I had faced before, or how I would approach fictional (or not so fictional) situations, followed by a candid discussion around specific tool and technologies and my experiences with them. Finally the last 1/3 of the meeting was time for me to ask my questions.
1. Recruiter screening
2. Hiring Manager interview
3. Director Interview
4. Interview with a team member
5. Presentation to a panel
All of the interviewers were extremely personable and nice, they really put in the effort to make it more of a back and forth conversation and reduce stress from interviews as much as possible. I received follow ups with feedback much quicker than I could've hoped for after each interview as well, and this was greatly appreciated. Overall- very positive experience interviewing on this team and enjoyed getting to learn about their org and work.
