I applied to DocuSign through a referral link that was emailed to me by a friend. I applied and was contacted by a "senior" recruiter. This recruiter emailed me and asked me if I had time to connect for a phone call the following week. I said sure and gave a date and timeframe that worked (allowing for flexibility for her). This recruiter never replied and this date and time came and went. After a week, I reached out to her again, inquiring is she was still interested in connecting. I received no reply, and a few days later she called me and left a voicemail letting me know I could call her back or even text her to set up a time to speak. I text her to let her know I would email her a time frame that worked for me, again trying to offer this recruiter flexibility out of respect for her schedule. I did just that, and a day later got an automatically generated "Thank you for your application" email, letting me know that I was not going to be considered for the role, even though I had never actually gotten to speak to anyone.
I always thought DocuSign was a big, professional company, but the way this recruiter was unable to manage her applicants made the company look unorganized and inefficient with its processes. I wouldn't waste your time as they seem to be disrespectful and inconsiderate to be completely honest.

They asked around positioning their new product over the old one
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Docusign (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
