The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docusign (Downingtown, PA)
Interview
Had an initial interview with HR where I was told my “unique” background was a perfect fit for this role. I have 15 years of client facing experience in both Healthcare and Life Sciences. I spent 30 minutes with the hiring manager, who shared the same background as me. All questions were answered fully and I felt we really clicked. I was told the QBR would be my next round. I did not hear from HR and decided to reach out after not hearing for a week. I received the cookie cutter “after much consideration we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates”. Not sure what they’re looking for but guess I wasn’t it.
Not so bad interview process. All are kind. Provided insight in to role. Able to answer difficult questions. Series of different phases makes for good separate talks. Be ready to understand how an API works

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.
Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
