I did an initial 30 minute phone screen and was then invited to participate in a panel interview with 4 different Recruiting Coordinators. All of the team members I interacted with were not very personable, warm or seemed like they wanted to be there. The interviews were very transactional and robotic which is fine because at the end of the day, this is business. But if you want people to join the team, at least act enthused. I did appreciate that they allowed me time to introduce myself in between each interviewer. I followed up after the interviews with a thank you and was ignored. The least they could have done was acknowledge it - I took PTO at work to complete this panel interview with them. Three weeks later, they sent me a generic email saying that I wasn't a good fit for them. They just posted the listing again a day ago.
