I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2024
Interview
Had a quick call with the Technical Recruiter and a Python coding round was setup the next week. The interview was pretty easy, infact finished 15 mins before time. I feel the interviewer was inexperienced. He had a predefined way in which he wanted to solve the problem. I may have done it another way and he did not know where to go from here. Not sure if Docusign has training for people before taking the interview. If not there should be one. Ofcourse I did not qualify for the next round. Its a shame.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
Pathetic Candidate experience and recruitment team and has no idea on what talent they really want, and do not honor candidates' time.
I had my interviews scheduled without preference. Candidate experience unreachable over phone, and barely responds to email.
Recruiter goes back and forth on the title. Believe this is India specific,vs other regions
