One of the hiring managers I met with gave me great feedback during the process, and at the very end, she told me she wasn’t looking to hire outside of her local office.
I am not sure why they would put me through the interview process to begin with.

Interview
I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
