I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Quick phone call by recruiter, got an onsite interview quickly. The two interviewer who interviewed me was punk kids (frat boys like). One of them kept checking himself out on the reflection of the glass door as we were interviewing. Very unprofessional.
The mock phone call was made challenging on purpose. Almost a scenario that was setting you up to fail.
They kept poking at my past experience as if to make a mockery of my career. The whole experience was a waste of time

Interview
Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
