I recently completed the interview process at DocuSign. It started with submitting my application, followed by an initial screening call with a recruiter to discuss my background and confirm my interest in the role. After that, I had a first-round video interview with the hiring manager, where we went over my experience and how it aligned with the job requirements. I was then given a take-home assignment to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and approach to real-world scenarios. Once that was reviewed, I moved on to a second-round interview with the team, which was more technical and focused on my expertise and fit with the team’s dynamics. I also participated in a panel interview where multiple team members asked about my experience, collaboration skills, and how I would handle specific challenges in the role. The final step was a conversation with a senior leader to discuss my long-term career goals and alignment with DocuSign’s culture and values.
