Thank you for sharing your feedback - I know interviewing can sometimes be stressful and I understand that you didn't get the outcome you were hoping for. It's always hard to know exactly which candidate writes these, but sometimes we have a sense of what might have happened. When you have a moment, please check your email for a reply with additional feedback from our Talent Acquisition Partner that was sent to you on August 17th, as soon as he got back from vacation. It seems like you might have missed it.
I will say that we pay very competitively, although compensation will be aligned with depth of technical skills - Which we vet in the later stages of the interview process. For that reason, we touch on compensation expectations only briefly in initial screening conversations to ensure we're not at risk of wasting anyone's time.
