While we can’t confirm the exact details of this anonymous review, it appears the email was triggered automatically when the role was closed—before we had a chance to speak with everyone already invited to interview.
This seems to have been a one-off issue, not reflective of how we operate. We typically connect personally with every candidate to provide updates and ensure clarity. Our priority is to let candidates know as soon as a role is closed—so we can be transparent, fair, and respectful of their time. We’ve refreshed our recruiting system best practices to help ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Regarding scheduling, we pride ourselves on moving quickly—our time-to-interview is typically well below market benchmarks, and we aim to ensure candidates get a chance to connect with us in the coming days rather than weeks.
