I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
Overall this was the most positive interview process I have been through. The process started with an initial phone call with the Talent Acquisition team, where we discussed briefly who DoiT was and how my skills and experience could be a good match for the role. The second phase of the process was with the line manager, this was a good experience where the interviewer asked great questions and was genuinely interested in my response. The interview included a quick mock phone call to get an initial taste of my communication skills. Thirdly, the next stage of the interview was with a potential peer. Here we discussed life at DoiT and what I can expect from working for them. Additionally, the interviewer was highly engaged and interested in getting to know my skills and background. The final stage of the interview was with the Director of Global Business Development. Like the previous interviews, the questions asked were relevant and investigatory into my experience and ability to succeed in the role. The final stage included a mock cold call where there were a couple of hurdles you had to communicate your way out of and make sure that DoiT's value/mission was portrayed to the customer.
