Applied a DK a few times before I got a response. Initial phone screen like every other interview, followed by a more in depth phone interview. They'll fly you out w. hotel if your selected to interview on site if you have a long commute, they are very friendly and personable and are actually interested in every candidate they bring in. They dont want to interview 100 candidates so do your homework and go in with confidence and personality. The actual interviews were very relaxed and in-depth at the same time. Plan on interviewing with multiple different people and working through problem solving questions on the fly. When you first walk into their waiting room it can be a little intimidating as I was sitting in a room full of other candidates interviewing, although I think for different roles. Once your into the main office you feel right at home and welcome, prepare as much as you can because as you can imagine everybody wants a chance to work at DK and getting the interview might be the hardest part.
