Several phone calls, Quizzes to advance.
I went through 3 phone calls
1. Was a initial call with the recruiter. Went over the basics of the position. At the end the recruiter asked a couple simple probably questions.
2. 2nd call was with an analyst. Went through some probability exercises to ensure my math reasoning was sound.
3. 3rd was with another analyst. This time the exercise was more business oriented; how would I solve a problem using the tools on hand.
I felt I had done well enough on the 3rd call but after a week I was told I did not advance to the in person portion.
