About a 3 month process of complete nonsense. Timelines constantly pushed back in between 6 interviews. Complete disorganization. HR’s email etiquette overall was very unprofessional and appeared to not care whatsoever. I’d be told one thing and wouldn’t hear back for days. They took a total of 3 months to fill the position. Don’t waste your time waiting on them and keep looking because eventually they’ll turn you down with a smile. I’ve never been told that a recruiter was excited to talk to me about a decision being made, and then turned down for a position. Just a suggestion, when your using an exclamation point in an email and state that “you are excited to speak!” because a decision has it should be good news, not an unfortunate turn down phone call. HR needs a complete training overhaul. Overall they do not care about your timeline whatsoever and get around to things when it is convenient to them, rather than trying to make things as successful as possible.
