I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DraftKings
Interview
the communication was terrible between the company and me. Throughout the whole time I didn't understand what was going on and what was the next step. Somehow it ended up being the finally interview and then got ghosted.
I applied online. I interviewed at DraftKings (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I had an initial phone call with a recruiter who was super nice and personable. She walked me through the whole process ahead of time. Then I talked to a hiring manager, then a case, then final round meeting the team.
Overall, I was kept in the loop the whole time and felt like I knew what was coming next. The team was so helpful too - I could see myself being a part of DraftKings after getting to know each of them. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job but my recruiter called a few days later to give feedback and to let me know. I felt like I had to come on Glassdoor to give some kudos. I hope I get another chance to interview and join DraftKings!

Interview
I applied for an interview in February 2021 - the process was extremely organized and did not drag out in any way. I met with members across my team and other teams at all levels. My HR specialist was organized, attentive and cared about getting me an offer I could be excited about.
