I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DraftKings in Oct 2023
Interview
Entire interview process was set up smoothly. First coding screening round went well. For the final round that consisted of 3 parts, I was given the impression that everything went well. Recruiter reached out with feedback the next day as to why I wasn't being moved on, which felt strange as it didn't reflect how the interactions went. For future interviewees, I think it's important to keep in mind that you must be fully autonomous and lead through the entire problem, and must implement it exactly how they want it. In my case, the fact that I needed to be "prompted" to include a missing part in an abstract problem is what DQ'd me. Seems like if you need any sort of help/collaboration, it is seen as a negative thing.
I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at DraftKings (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
