I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DraftKings (Amherst, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I went with the career services at UMass Amherst and interviewed in a cubicle. The interview questions were pretty basic algorithmically but required you to understand the domain of the problem and how complicated things can get. About 45 mins interview, and coded on paper. They are probably going to change this process as they grow but it was very relaxed and fun.

I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
