HM asked a hypothetical that was unrelated to the job I was interviewing for and then passed on me for lack of detail in answering said hypothetical. Advice to recruiting: If you're looking for detailed answers, drill down, ask for those details specifically. Also, be sure why you need those details to understand the candidate's ability to do the job. Additionally, if you're going to ask hypotheticals, tailor them to the role the candidate is interviewing for. Misaligned interview questions, slow process and turnaround. Disappointing experience overall.
