I applied online. I interviewed at DraftKings (New York, NY)
Interview
Recruiter screening, generic questions but pretty in depth as well for an initial call, that was kind of odd. The recruiter asked about big O notation which was very odd. I also asked for a reasonable accommodation with interview timing because of my disability and medication. I was then told they identified another candidate which seems like they didn't care for to accommodate me. Looks like they use Xamarin anyway so I wouldn't go for it.
Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. DraftKings is an equal opportunity employer and is always willing to offer accommodation to any of our candidates going through the interview process. During the interview process, we may have multiple candidates at times in different stages, so an offer may be made while another candidate is in an earlier stage. If this does occur, we do still ask the candidate to go through the process but are transparent that the role they applied for has been filled and the information would be used for future openings.
