Interview
Super laid back. It was a group interview at Splash Waterpark in their little picnic area. We did speed dating like questions where at each table mangers from different stands in the area.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
