The Interview was quick and simple! Most of the people who give their experience with their reviews forget to mention that they do ask you a lot of ethical questions such as, "You're role is to take orders, work in conditions such as raining, cold, hot, are you able to do that?" or "What was something you learned from your last job", simple things like that. Most people just mention the fun and out of context questions. The job interview is definitely more than just getting a feel of your personality as they want to be sure you're compliant enough to do the tasks they assign you. Some advice I would give y'all is to do some research on the company, it'll help you stand out when you sprinkle that information in your answers. Like before I went in I knew they were gonna ask why I wanted to work at dutch and I mentioned the amount they give back to the community as well as mentioning one of the organizations they donate to instead of just giving a simple answer like "I like coffee". Another tip is when they ask you if you have any questions for them, ask them what their favorite drink is from there. Make sure you're listening too just so it doesn't come back to bite you. It gives them a chance to talk about themselves and leave an imprint like "Wow they're interested in the job AND what the employees have to think". You could ask them basic question like "When do we get payed", "What's it like working here", but I ended my interview with that question and I have a feeling it went pretty well.
