Interview
I had two interviews with EN Engineering, one phone call and one face to face. Phone call lasted 30 minutes and was only with the HR representative. The one on one interview came 1.5 weeks later and I met with 5 different people (VP, HR rep and 3 Project Managers) individually and it lasted 3.5 hours. Would suggest to take them up on their offer of water at the beginning since they became more intense as the interview went on. Newer office with

Each of the interviewers asked what I do outside of work. It seemed that they had a lot of athletic teams and one a month a employee get together whether it be a picnic, bbq, pubcrawl, ball, etc.
