Interview
Started with an email with an invitation to respond a set of questions in writing (6 questions) and then to answer 3 questions in a video format. The questions were very straight forward about my experience and my reasons why I was applying for this job. Behavioral questions and technical answers. Then one week later, I got a phone interview (30-40 minutes) with more talking about my experience and my reasons for applying. After that, I was asked to provide more information via email about by consultant experience and clients. Another week later, I was invited to a personal interview, it was supposed to last 1 hour but it lasted 25 minutes. The interviewer made the desition about my future with them in the first 10 minutes of the interview, they were looking for somebody that has had local experience and mine was international, so the process ended that day. I received the declination of my application a week after the personal interview.

Pretty straightforward interview process. The interview panel had 3-4 folks who'd be on my team which was really helpful. I was able to gauge team dynamics. The questions were pretty generic and mainly behavioral. They also had me walk them through my resume.
It started with an apt test in the assessment centre and with the face to face interview afterwards. The arrangement was poor as you would need to use calculator during the apt test, without telling the process in advance.
Interview was quick and pretty standard. However I didn’t hear back until almost a year later when I applied to another job in a different department. I guess they forgot to send my rejection email?
