1st and 2nd stage interview. 1st interview fairly standard on what projects involved in, key skills, teamwork, communicating, commercial awareness etc. 2nd interview more informal, what the company is involved with, where going, introduction to key people in various technical areas and a few questions on my aspirations, direction etc.
