Telephone interview with the HR, and then 1 interview with the Partner. No fancy tests. It was very comfortable. I think their company culture is very friendly to interns. The overall experience was very fun, actually. It was my first time applying for an intern position
Telephone interview, to get to know me better, nice interviewer, no pressure or technical questions whatsoever. The position was for climate internship, and the whole interview was conducted in Italian.
Good interview process, heard out, opportunity to discuss what I wanted out of the job. Spoke to multiple different people and was able to get a tour of the office space. Felt very prepared for the job.
