Interview
Online application -> Situational Judgement test -> Online numerical and Verbal tests -> Interview.
The process was intense for someone during their first year of A level however it is a great experience with so much to learn. Plus looks great on your CV.

The interview process included me completing an application form and then completing a telephone interview lasting around 20-25 minutes ,the interviewer was quite sweet and i made sure to ask a question at the end.
Interviewer was very nice, questions themselves were not there to trip you up. It was not that difficult and they gave you 2 out of the 8 questions to prepare for before the actual telephone interview.

Question 1
They asked why did I apply for the Smart Futures programme and what insight did I wish to gain.
Behavioural questions that took about 10 mins, mostly about working with others and taking initiative. It was a phone interview and the interviewer was very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience
