It was so boring and predictable. They spend about 15-20 mins asking you the most basic and boring questions then leave barely any time for you to ask questions. I don't know much about the role or the person that would be my manager.
It's 2025 please move away from the STAR method and just talk to people, get to know them, and let them get to know the company. Stop asking questions that are yawn worthy.
